As a Photographer, I get how time consuming and inconvenient it can be to schedule a photoshoot for you and your pups.

The time.
The energy.
The money.

Often my clients will say, one day.

“One day I will have photos done with my dog(s).”

But that one day then becomes days, weeks, months, and even years.

Their dog becomes gray, starts to slow down, or is diagnosed with a terminal illness.

And then… it becomes urgent.

But, too often, clients get to me by the time it’s too late.

Their dog is too sick or passes away suddenly.

All the time you thought you had is gone.

I don’t say all of these things to make you sad, I say them to encourage you to schedule a session sooner than later.

In fact, you will often hear me tell people that if you have a Senior pup (age of a Senior dog depends on your breed’s size but usually around 7-8 years for larger breeds and 10+ for medium or small breeds) and they are still feeling and looking good, now is the time.

As someone who has lost two of my own pups suddenly and tragically, I would give anything to have more photos of them and with them.

So, heading into 2026 with that thought, I created my very first Limited Senior Dog Sessions at the Raleigh Rose Garden coming up on February 7th.

The time, the place, and date - all chosen and ready for you and your Senior pup!
