When I started Five Freedoms Photography, I had a love of shelter dogs, a willingness to learn, and the tenacity to figure out how to turn my passion for photography into a business that could actually support me.
And, as you can imagine, I learned a lot of lessons the hard way.
I overcomplicated things.
I tried strategies that didn't work.
I second-guessed myself, struggled with self-doubt, and wondered if I was doing any of this right.

But through investing in education, experimenting, adapting, and continuing to put one foot in front of the other, I built a pet photography business rooted in two things that matter deeply to me: purpose and sustainability.
Today, Five Freedoms Photography allows me to create meaningful work for my clients while supporting the rescue work that inspired me to pick up a camera in the first place.

Do I need to prepare anything before our coaching session(s)?
Just a little! Before our first session, you'll complete a short questionnaire about your business, goals, and what you'd like to focus on during our time together. This helps me come prepared so we can make the most of every minute.
How long do I have to use my coaching sessions?
Coaching packages are designed to help you build real momentum, so I recommend scheduling sessions approximately every two weeks. Three-session packages must be completed within three months of purchase, and three-month coaching packages must be completed within four months. This gives you some flexibility when life gets busy while keeping you moving toward your goals. Additionally, Power Hours must be used within three months of purchase.
Where do coaching sessions take place?
All coaching sessions take place virtually via Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere! You'll receive everything you need to join your session after booking.
What can we work on during our coaching sessions?
Our coaching sessions are completely personalized to you and your unique business and long term goals. We can dive into everything from pricing, profitability, and client experience to marketing, SEO, website strategy, rescue partnerships, and more. We'll focus on the areas where you need the most clarity and support to help you move your business forward.
What support is included between sessions?
Coaching packages include email support for quick questions and guidance between sessions, so you don't have to wait until our next call if you get stuck along the way. I'll respond within two business days to help keep you moving forward.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and counted as a completed session.
