Last week, I was very excited to make a special trip out to the new WoofPak NC Pet Boutique in Morrisville, NC.

Originally started in San Diego, you’ll find that WoofPak is not your ordinary pet store.

In fact, it’s a place for community, events, and a spot simply just to hang out with your dog!

Owners, Sau and Mike, wanted to create a space that was welcoming and enjoyable for pups and their people. Unlike chain dog stores that are shoved to the brim with retail, WoofPak is open, colorful, and spacious by intention.

They have a Treat Bar, which reminds me of when you go into a candy store and you can pick and choose your favorites by the pound! Your dog can do the same thing, but with a reusable glass jar.

Sniffing and sampling is all a part of the process, so you don’t have to worry about your dog not enjoying what you choose.

In addition to a wide variety of baked or freeze dried treats all approved and formulated by their dog Niko (see Niko’s Deli Corner treats below), they have a fantastic selection of healthy chews and goodies even for the most discerning of chewers.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a few things I’ve never seen before such as Camel Milk (which apparently is great for your pup’s gut), Collagen dental chews, and fresh food toppers you can grab to go.

You can even stop in to pick up a celebratory cookie or put in a cake order for a special occasion.

So, while WoofPak might seem like another neighborhood dog store, it’s not.

From helping your dog to live a longer, healthier life to a place where you and your dog can go to hang out together with fun events coming down the pipeline, Woofpak is certainly a wonderful addition to the Triangle dog community!
